Tim Zorc

Tim was born and raised in Vero Beach and his family history goes back over 100 years. His focus and specialty are in vacant land for residential and commercial development opportunities or land banking.

Having served eight years as a local elected official has provided him with a keen understanding of entitlement and environmental regulations. Tim is has been a licensed general contractor for over 40 years.

Tim and his wife are parents of four children and four grandchildren.
