Ryne is a Serial Entrepreneur.  After serving in the US Coast Guard, he enjoyed a successful career in the data center industry and started two business.  When Ryne sought a new, challenging career, he relocated to Vero Beach and was blessed to dive into his real estate endeavors with Lambert Commercial.

Before relocating to Florida, Ryne served on the Board of the 7x24 Exchange Group in New England. When serving the Board, Friedman focused on improving end-to-end reliability by creating dialogue amongst groups which designed, built, operated and maintained mission critical enterprise infrastructures. 

Ryne works closely with REITs, private investment groups, and Fortune 100 Companies to determine, locate, and acquire investments unique to each customer’s guidelines. With his previous experience ranging from data centers to enterprise, Friedman specializes in industrial development work across the United States. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting.
